Yogurt Bowl - THM S or XO

This Yogurt bowl is loaded with superfoods that are great for both your pregnancy & nursing season! The omega 3, antioxidants and metabolism revving fats this bowl includes will help nourish you & your growing baby during this precious season. Plus its a super quick, easy & healthy snack. Great for hungry mama's.

Superfoods used

  • Hemp Seeds

  • Golden flax meal

  • Coconut Shreds

  • Berries

  • Oats

  • Chia Seeds


Health benefits of including this yogurt bowl into your snack rotation.


  • Hemp seeds pack a punch for pregnant and nursing mama's as they are great for Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids, calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron.

  • Berries are a great source of antioxidants, folate and fiber which will help keep you full longer and can help prevent serious diseases for both mother and baby.

  • Golden flax meal is also a great source of omega 3 fatty acids which many mothers are lacking unless they include fish into their diet regularly.

  • Coconut flakes are great for increasing your energy and immune system.

  • Oats are great for milk supply.



Ingredients:

¾-1 cup of plain 0% Greek yogurt

¾ tsp Super Sweet

½-1 TBSP of each:

  • Hemp seeds

  • Golden flax meal

  • Chia seeds

  • Oats

  • Pecans or any nut

  • Coconut shreds

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup berries (or ½ cup blueberries)


Instructions:

  1. Add yogurt to bowl

  2. Sprinkle with Super Sweet

  3. Add Superfoods

  4. Mix well

  5. Top with berries

  6. Enjoy!


Notes:

Add ¼-½ banana for xo or use plain non-fat yogurt (in place of greek).
