Sweet Summer Cereal

This sweet summer cereal bowl is sure to please. With all the sweet flavors of traditional cereal. The exception here is sugar. This is a sugar free breakfast cereal perfect for those who follow a sugar free lifstyle such as Trim Healthy Mama. Give it a try and be sure to let me know if you enjoyed it as much as I did.

  • Quinoa is a more gentle source of grains so its easier for your body in terms of being gentler on your blodd sugar.

  • Quinoa is a good source of fiber

  • Quinoa has higher protein content than most other grains.

  • Its a good source of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

  • One of the main vitamins found in Quinoa is Folate, a B vitamine that is essential for cell funtion and tissue growth. Which is importatnt for pregnant ladies.

  • Quinoa is a good source of iron, thus great for nursing mama's after birth to help build back blood volume.

Creamy Dreamy Plant Protien

  • Hemp protien

  • Dairy free

  • Complete protien source

  • Inflammation fighter

  • Great protien source to anchor your meals such as : Oatmeal, shakes, and lattes!


  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa

  • 3/4 cup puffed brown rice

  • 3/4 tsp super sweet*

  • 1 tbsp creamy Dreamy Plant Protien*

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond milk

  • Strawberries and blueberries


  1. Add cooked quinoa to bowl

  2. Add puffed rice ceral

  3. Sprinkle with Super Sweet

  4. Put in 1 Tbsp Creamy Dreamy

  5. Stir all together

  6. Add Cut up strawberries and blueberries

  7. Enjoy!


I keep pre cooked quinoa in my fridge for easy meals like this.
