Great protien source to anchor your meals such as : Oatmeal, shakes, and lattes!
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
3/4 cup puffed brown rice
3/4 tsp super sweet*
1 tbsp creamy Dreamy Plant Protien*
1 cup Unsweetened Almond milk
Strawberries and blueberries
Add cooked quinoa to bowl
Add puffed rice ceral
Sprinkle with Super Sweet
Put in 1 Tbsp Creamy Dreamy
Stir all together
Add Cut up strawberries and blueberries
I keep pre cooked quinoa in my fridge for easy meals like this.
