These overnight bagels are fermented for easier digestion plus they are packed with protein. Enjoy that alongside an egg white scramble or top with egg white and tomato for a delicious breakfast sandwich.

1 cup white whole wheat flour
1 c non-fat greek yogurt
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Mix flour and yogurt well then allow to ferment overnight 10-14 hrs
Then knead 2 tsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp salt into the dough
Cut into four equal parts
Shape into bagels by making a hole in the middle.
Preheat air fryer to 280
Add bagels and bake for ~20-23 mins or until golden brown.
You can use any flour for this recipe. To stay within Trim Healthy guidelines use a whole grain flour.
